The trust continuum with respect to trust building and calibration. Trust building focuses on improving trust through the levels of distrust, undistrust, untrust and trust. Trust calibration emphasizes avoiding misplaced trust levels such as mistrust and misdistrust to achieve justified trust levels. Limit of forgivability and cooperation threshold denote the point beyond which distrust and trust can be achieved, respectively.
